What a team! When you arrive home and find 40 gallons of water on your floor - it’s upsetting. But - one phone call to a customer service friendly office arranged to have a new HWH installed by noon the next day. The two technicians knew what they were doing - skilled and friendly - even cleaned up the exhaust system from my HVAC while there. Thanks for being dependable.

We had a major electrical emergency late on a Saturday night and called M&M first thing on Sunday morning never expecting a quick call back. Within minutes, we were told Mike would be on his way to our house to address the problem. He arrived in an hour, assessed the problem (really big to us, but easy for him) and promptly scheduled a crew to begin repairs the next morning. Mike and his staff took care of permits, repairs and inspections and kept us posted as to progress all along the way. Storm approaching my generator isn’t working scheduled for M&M to send a technician between 3:00 & 5:00, I asked them you sure he will be here, if you can’t tell me know so I can get someone else, they said won’t be a problem. The guy never showed, no call, no heads up, just ghosted me. Very classy company.

I had a recent problem with my tankless water heater. It was not the heater but the electrical outlets. I spoke to Rickie, the receptionist. So patient and helpful--I sent a picture of the situation and was helped to reset the plug. I wanted them to come out, even though a major storm is headed our way. I was reassured that this last-minute request was honored in a timely way. Great staff

I called because I waited till the last minute to get a battery replaced on my mom’s chairlift. I never expected someone to come out on the same day. They did and within an hour and fixed it!! Unbelievable! Friendly and kind people. Highly recommend!
