Got estimate on March 6th for bathroom vanity,, they agreed to cultured marble countertops with sinks,, months went by , never returned calls, we went in, they said they were no longer doing marble, we picked out granite. Again weeks went by, no return on calls,, again we went in. We were told to pick out another countertop, we did, time went by. Again, we went in, they said our cabinet was done but they had no installers. We again waited. Finally, went in, receptionist said” I tried to call you, no missed calls on either of our phones. She said, they accidentally sent our cabinet to someone else and they painted it, it was supposed to be stained by our painter.. so after waiting from beginning of March until mid August, we still have no master bath and flooring install is pushed back unti

Very hard to ever get a response. Anytime we called we were told the measuring person, the quote person or whoever we were needing was always out of the office. No one would ever call us back. Then when they finally did come measure to give us a final bid they measured wrong and tried adding 10 linear feet to the bid, which of coarse increased the cost drastically. When we called for explanation we were told we could pay it or go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible customer service. We will happily take our cabinet and quartz business elsewhere.
