M&M Seamless Gutters Inc

I hired them to put a gutter on the front of my garage. I asked them to come at a time that I could be present for installation. They agreed and we set a time. Well they came early and did it without me there. The gutter was not only installed with improper slope(see pics) but they cut my brand new drip edge on the corner to bend up so the rain would go into the gutter because they did not attach it flush to the facia. I contacted the office. The owners wife works in the office and treated me rudely! I sent pics to the owner and asked him to come fix it. He said he would. We set a day and time and I never heard from him again even after many calls.

Had gutters installed and they warped and are buckled in a few spots! Called and they came out once and said they would get with the manufacturer and never came out or called again and won't answer calls .

Gutters put on in 2022, with a 5 year warranty. Having issues now, and reached out several times to have them repaired. M&M has stopped replying.

I am very happy with the roofing and gutters installed by M&M. Everyone I interfaced with was succinct and professional and timely. Cleanup of the property was also excellent. The crew chief "Annie" was very good; the entire crew was very industrious. Price was also very fair. This company communicates very well with customers. Well done. M&M was recommended by a coworker; I would now do the same.

I had them do a complete roof and gutter job on a house and the quality of the work was great. Everything looks good, gutters are done correctly, everything was cleaned up nicely. There were a lot of hurdles with this job due to the pandemic, but it eventually got done. Their communication could have been better, but in the end, they did a great job, and I would recommend them.
