M&M Skylights

M&M Skylights replaced three old skylights for me. From the initial quote, to the installation, M&M has been fantastic to work with. The customer service is excellent. The team who installed the new skylights was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and they do the job right. I’d highly recommend M&M.

Highly recommend M&M Skylights! Our old skylight was failing, and they made the whole replacement process easy from start to finish. They provided a free estimate, and the person who came out was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the product options and the full installation process. We also really appreciated how proactive they were, especially with the weather. When a snowstorm hit, they sent a crew out two days before the install to safely clear snow off our roof so everything could stay on schedule. On installation day, the crew arrived right on time and finished in just a few hours, even faster than the timeline they originally gave us. Got two Velux skylights & a sun tunnel last fall - extremely happy with them. Entire process was smooth and the install/work crews are extremely professional and friendly! I did have a leak with one of my windows (manufacturer defect), but throughout M&M was super responsive, facilitated the warranty claim, and handled the replacement swap out beautifully. Would work with them again without any hesitation!

M&M Skylights did a great job on our two skylights! They worked with us scheduling replacement in the peak of winter. Great communication about clearing snow and pivoting install dates due to snow storms. Tim was very responsive during the job, answering my questions and giving timing updates. The final product looks amazing and the remote control shade is a game changer.

M&M installed three solar tunnels for us. As of now, about two months past install, I'd give them 4.7 stars (I rounded up). I highly recommend M&M skylights to anyone looking for sun tunnels. I broke their review into three parts: 1) Product (5): These tunnels are exactly what we needed and exceeded our expectations. They provide even more light than we expected (we had seen two in my wife's grandparents' house in upstate PA) and look great. My only annoyances so far are the defuser is hard to clean and very delicate (scratched trying to clean off dust), the night lights are brighter than expected (used LED covering stickers to resolve this issue myself), and we're getting a lot of bugs in the tube. I expected some bugs like any other light, but the volume is crazy and a bit frustrating
