MNG Marble & Granite

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with MNG Granite has been beyond frustrating. The countertop they installed at my home is visibly out of square, which is completely unacceptable for a professional fabrication company. The overhang varies side-to-side, and anyone who walks into my kitchen can see it immediately. On top of the poor workmanship, the customer service has been just as disappointing. I was stood up not once, not twice, but three separate times for scheduled appointments—with zero courtesy calls, no rescheduling efforts, nothing. I rearranged my work schedule and my day each time, only to be left waiting.
