Had an appointment with the window being 4:30-5:30. I was quoted on the phone for $30 per lock (I had two) to get re-keyed and a $20 service charge. I called at 5:32 when no one showed up. They said they would call me back. 15 minutes later I received a phone call saying if I want them to come out it would be $300 now. I asked him why was I quoted for $80 on the phone and it’s $300 now and he said “things change we don’t give exact prices on the phone” What a bunch of scammers!!I will be going through a different service.

They're the best, lets start with the service over the phone, the girl was very nice and helpful, i called them to open my house door, i was lockout of my apartment, i though i need to wait outside but they're exactly on time, the technician did the job super fast and he was so so helpful, he even changed my lock for better one and gave such a good price, i had a great experience with them! So for sure i will definitely recommend this company.

Phone rep couldnt understand english and the tech said they couldnt make a key and had no explaination.
