Finally, I got to review the work that was done, and I’m honestly pretty disappointed with how everything was left. I paid for a service expecting a professional repair, but rather left with rushed work that I had to go back over. There are several issues I've got with the project, water was capped off and left off to the guest house, romex connector was not installed on one side, the cover was left off, debris and trash were not cleaned up, the pipe was not re-insulated, and the ball valve was left leaking. I paid for this job expecting it to be completed properly and professionally the first time, and this falls short of that. To give them the benefit of the doubt I'm sure they do good work 90 percent of the time, but the 10 percent makes them look really bad.

We had to get a well after some unfortunate events happened. I called Mobley and was told it would be awhile before we could get a well due to a very busy time and Beth assured me that she would work things out. Let me tell you Beth made it happen and Michael came and dug our well and we have told several people about Mobley’s Well and if I could give an INFINITE star rating I would. Best in the business and super friendly staff. Mobley has some very dedicated people that are a huge asset to their organization. Our ordeal turned out to be a great experience. Their service after the sale is the main reason they drill all of my wells. They are equipped and ready to get you back going if problems arise. Sundays, they were there; 2 days after Hurricane Helene, they were there.

RECOMMEND these guys for all your well and water services. They come when you need them, understanding your needs and ready to help get you back going as soon as possible. Friendly , knowledgeable and have everything on trucks to fix you up.

I called for service and a young man named Robert came out and did a check on my power line voltage level and told me that it was indicating that my pump was not functioning correctly and needed replacing, later I discovered that the line going down to my pump (inside the well) was missing and I assumed it went down into the hole on the well cover so I called and informed them and asked them to come back and put my connections the way they found them, they refused unless I gave them permission to do the job, very unprofessional, they should have put it back together the way they found it. A mechanic friend of mine told me that they deliberately loosened the line fastener so it would go down into the well…
