They did a remarkable job on the repair of our two homes after they were damaged by Hurricane Helene. Trees had fallen on the homes and Glenn had the rooves repaired and replaced in record time to prevent further damage. He communicated with our insurance company and coordinated all of the needed subcontractors (not only roofing but plumbing, flooring, lighting/electrical, walls/framing, deck rebuilding, replacing fencing, pouring concrete for driveways/walkways, garage door and cleaning crew, just to name a few!). We are very pleased with our experience with Glenn Caldwell and Whitaker Roofing. Unfortunately, we met because of our damage from Hurricane Helene. He was recommended through a friend who works in an associated industry. Glenn was very responsive and patient with our questions and concerns. Although Whitaker is a roofing company, Glenn arranged for all aspects of our damage - tarps, reframing, drywall repair, brick rebuild, siding replacement, painting, insulation, cleaning and of course, a complete replacement of our shingle roof. He met with our insurance agent and worked out details of coverage costs to our satisfaction. Glenn was quickly available and got started on our repairs in a timely fashion. Mary and I want to thank Glenn Caldwell and Whitaker Roofing for taking care of all of our needs after Hurricane Helene. When Glenn came to our house the first time, he told us not to worry about a thing and he said he would handle everything and he was right. He was very knowledgeable about working with our insurance company and the roofing and construction industry. Glenn took care of getting the trees off the house and getting the tarps on right away. He met with our insurance adjuster on site and he then explained everything to us very thoroughly. He then had the reframing of our roof, replacing the insulation, the drywall repair, the painting, and of course the new great looking roof in a timely fashion.
