I was stressed out with finding a home inspector for the purchase of our home, looked online and found Mockingbird Home Inspections out of Belton Texas. I want to completely honest and tell everyone that I Highly Recommend this company. The owner and Inspector Nolan Carpenter gave me a sense of peace With the purchase of my home. Mr Carpenter is extremely knowledgeable with his Inspections. He took the worry about this inspection away. He was On time, friendly, courteous. I have purchased houses before and non of my experiences compare to the great sense of peace from this home inspection. Use this inspection company!! First, he was on time!! That was a huge with me because I needed fast and reliable. He gave me exactly that and more. I was buying an older Victorian home and was really worried about the pipes, the gas line, all the electrical. The inspector was absolutely understanding on my concerns. He was able to provide all the information on what he was doing and to why. I felt sure by the time I got his report (same day) that I could make a sound decision on buying or not. He helped me to feel more confident on my purchase. I will use him on any home I buy in the future. Great guy, great service!

I would recommend this business to anyone who needs a home inspection! The owner was extremely polite and professional. The inspection of my home was very thorough and the inspector took the time after to walk me though anything that needed attention. He also showed up on time and had the report sent to me the next day as promised.
