I had a really wonderful experience working with Modern Air. From the initial consultation visit to installation, the communication was great. Billy was extremely knowledgeable and able to lay out all of my options to find the best furnace for my home. Alfredo and his associate were professional, on time, focused, and completed the job. When an issue arose, Alfredo was able to troubleshoot and clearly communicated the next steps. I HIGHLY recommend their services, not only for the quality of the work, but also the peace of mind that you’re working with a company that values their customers and only recommends what they would recommend for themselves or their family members. Modern Air provided the kind of service I expect from an ethical company! The cost of the visit and basic evaluation was made clear when I made the appointment. Their technician, Billy, was knowledgeable and thorough and got my furnace working again before he left with a total bill well under $200. I will have them back to do a through cleaning and preventative maintenance visit in the near future. And if I do need a replacement furnace at some point in the future, these are the guys I will call. Update 3/4: Billy came back to do the furnace maintenance and I had him do the A/C unit while he was here. The A/C had not been checked in several years and its performance seemed to have deteriorated a bit. Billy again met or exceeded every expectation for both tasks.

Billy was on time for my appt and made a thorough diagnosis of my aging thermostat and also inspected my furnace. Billy installed the new thermostat and showed me how it worked and even set up its internal heating and cooling schedule for me.
