The experience was five star from the original Estimator named Rafe to the installation crew of Erick and Sergio. They were on time, efficient and located the devices with a degree of expertise that was promised . I was especially impressed with the way the company represented itself with clear and concise review and recommendation of equipment as well as the pricing. Of course pricing is always a concern but I believe that the price was a bit better than the other three estimates I got and I am pleased with the final result and ultimately the cool air that will be coming with the next hot spell. I received 3 bids on my service request 2 recommended unit replacement and 1 stated I should replace my furnace. Both invoices over 10k. PELLE was the only contractor who actually opened the unit and found the issues. Unit was fixed in 24 hours and furnace was fine. Thank you so much for taking the few minutes to investigate and trouble shoot.

Our service rep, Paul Mitchell, was outstanding. He answered all our questions and explained clearly what the issue was with our heat pump system. And, he gave us a thorough refresher course of how our new thermostat works. Thus far Pelle is rated A-++ from our experience.
