Amazing experience. Needed to replace a broken kitchen faucet. The last one we bought from Modern lasted 20 years so I figured it would be wise to see them for a replacement. Marion in sales was fantastic. She realized how important it was to me to not settle on whatever was in stock despite hoping to be able to tackle the project the same day. She found a fixture that was the exact style I was looking for in our budget. The guys in the parts department were equally amazing. They hooked us up with $10 in parts that we needed to get the job done (without even seeing what we had or purchased). They even recommended the best tool to use for the job. Couldn’t be happier. Amazing experience there, walked into parts literally no pictures or anything. Described my house pump and brought in the old piece and they built me a new pressure hose piece that worked perfect and saved the day/ future. Great Service, will definitely be first stop next time 🤟🏼

Modern Plumbing is a top notch operation. They are great start to finish. I first met them when Klaffs went out of business and I had to solve a bad situation with some hard to find plumbing pieces that I had never received from Klaffs. I know nothing about plumbing, but was advised to go to Modern Supply to try to identify the part I needed. The service I got was excellent. They figured out what I needed from a photo I sent in an email, then had the part for me and explained how I could fix the problem myself, saving me the time, hassle, and expense of calling a plumber. They were right! It worked!
