After years of being asked to do business with them I finally sit down to listen to their offer. I told them they can pull my business credit but they are permitted to pull my personal credit . I made a note on their application in bold letters stating they can not pull my credit right on the signature line. I did not include my SS number and yet they still pull my credit . Heather at the credit department clearly does not read the applications and pulled it anyway . She said she spoke with the Experian rep and had it removed. It is still there and experain is a nightmare to deal with . They do not answer their phones and you can not dispute a credit inquiry on line . I am stuck with a hard pull I did not authorize . I can only imagine doing business with them is just as forgiving .

Absolutely great customer service, products and pricing. AAA+++ from start to finish from the front desk all the way to delivery. Even had a flawless return process I had to make on an overage of some material. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Other retailers should go here for training !

Truck Drivers: Overnight Parking available. Delivery is on 5th St NE. As soon as you turn right on 5th st, from Cherry Ave, ou will park on the left shoulder. (Park on the shoulder not road) You will see bunch of shingles already. Very polite staff and fast unloading.

This place, is the place if you want to do modern,cost efficient siding, anything to do with a house exterior this is the place, and the price is right to , and they are very helpful, and nice , and they have a-lot of showroom samples, and full description pamphlets/ books fir people like, me that want to know exactly what they are getting/ is it really cost efficient..

Went there to pick flashing for friend the guy that waited on me was friendly also very polite. He seen i was getting a little up in age met me out back and carried and put 3 rolls in my jeep .some places could learn from this gentleman.
