Bought replacement windows thru a contractor who purchased them from Modern Builders. After they were installed and the contractor deserted me I started having opening and closing problems with the casement windows. I went to Modern Builders thinking they might come look at the problems I was having(I was only several blocks away). The only thing they offered me was a special size wrench to adjust the windows myself. This was over a year ago. Now I’ve found out that I had a one year warranty on the original window manufacturer coming to my home for free to fix the problems I was having. Now I have to pay for the adjustments needed which does not make me happy. Poor Customer Service and Communication with the customer. Great place for contractors to buy windows, siding and roofing material. They have a professional and knowledgeable staff. They also offer a quality line of kitchen cabinets and counter tops. Counter top installation service is also provided. They also offer delivery services for all their products, including roof top shingle delivery. They offer a quality replacement window at a reasonable price.

They do not stand behind their products. We built a new home and purchased our metal roof and doors from MBS in 2017. By January 2019 we had problems with the roof leaking at the ridge vent. Our builder contacted MBS for a solution but they will not do anything about it. Now we have water leaking in the garage every time we get wind and rain. We also have water damage in several spots inside the house. We also have problems with our front door leaking at the glass seals.
