I cannot recommend MBS. We purchased thousands of dollars of materials from you for a recent home renovation project. Things started out great, but then the $2k Polaris French door that we ordered was defective--the frame is too large and there is a .5"+ gap between the two doors that cannot be adjusted away. We've had icicles forming between the doors all winter. MBS and the door manufacturer (Waudena, who makes all Polaris doors) both agreed that the door was hung improperly at the factory, but they would not send a new door or send anyone to fix this door. Instead, they sent a new frame and parts and we are left to find someone to remove the bad door, rehang the doors on the new frame, and re-install. Don't order windows from here u may not get them i ordered windows july 11th jim says he put the order in to pella as of this writing still have not received windows not sure who is passing the buck here but b aware should not take over 10weeks for 8 windows

I'm a General Contractor and have bought all exterior products from MBS. Reviews about poor doors isn't true. Just improper installation. I have put Polaris doors and windows in my own house and clients. No complaints what so ever! As far as service, Jason and Ken are great. Seasons come and seasons go. The same is for any business. They've had some changes, and service is better than ever. Out of all my vendors, they are always the quickest to get me back material pricing. Keep up the great work.

MBS has top notch customer service! They always go out of their way to get anything we need. They have the best prices and are easy to work with. I highly recommend them.
