Horrible experience with this company. They were hired by my apartment complex to recarpet my three bedroom apartment. First three installers left behind a large lump in the living room carpet, a sunken piece and four breaks in the hallway, and an untucked break in the bedroom. After complaining, they sent two different installers who did stretch out the living room carpet, but were not successful in repairing the hallway carpet. Then they sent a different installer to put in a new carpet in the hallway. That carpet looked like it was a different shade from the other carpeting. They sent a manager out who concluded that the carpeting in two bedrooms was put in at a different angle from the carpet in the hallway and remainder of the apartment. Great experience from start to finish. Replaced the flooring in several rooms with vinyl flooring and carpeting. All done in 3 days. Brandon and Bill were courteous and meticulous. Kelly and Mindy in the office were both very helpful. Thanks, guys!

I had a great experience with this store from start to finish. From the moment I walked in to the day my carpet was installed, the whole process took just a few weeks. I got a few quotes, and their prices were very competitive with the big box stores. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the right style of carpet for my needs with some thoughtful recommendations. After the installation, I noticed a small defect in one spot. I expected it might be a hassle to get resolved, but they sent someone out right away and took care of it without any issues. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Modern Carpet is the ONLY place you should consider when doing any flooring. First off Sam is THE BEST! He knows flooring and is so wonderful knowledgeable and meticulous when he comes to look at your project.we have a 3000 sq ft Victorian that has the SAME carpet running thru 2200 square foot of it! Which I managed to put a huge rip in the main living room. I needed a repair. I have been trying to get this done for 4 years. Sam was “YES WE CAN DO THIS” relief finally!!!! They repair was done in a few weeks and it is FLAWLESS ! See pic Sam called to check on it the next day! What customer service and caring! Great experience. Kyle was very knowledgeable and understanding. There was no pressure to buy and when we did decide they came out to measure twice to make sure the carpet would be put in the way we wanted. Their installers were also excellent and did a professional job. Couldn’t recommend them enough
