When I went to drop off my items, I was not with the owner and specified how I’d wanted my 2 shirts to be laundered. However, when I picked up my garments, I was met with the owner who was exceptionally rude and delivered me my shirts that were not done correctly. I didn’t even want to argue with him out of fear that I wouldn’t get my clothes back, which were for a special occasion! Would never recommend!

I sent my out of town daughter there in an emergency expecting they would work with her but they were very rude, and not at all helpful, holding up a lint brush as an alternative. I guess if you’re the only one in town you can do what you want. I was embarrassed to have suggested them and will not give them anymore of my business.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I went in this morning to see about getting my military dress uniform cleaned for next week and the owner was completely rude. I walked in and greeted him by saying good morning and asking him how his morning had been; he didn’t even respond. He walked straight up to counter and asked what I wanted. I inquired about getting my uniform cleaned and politely asked how soon I could have it back, and he very sharply told me he wasn’t “playing this game with me” and that I needed to “tell him when I needed it by”. I explained I was going to be going out of state 5 days from now and just needed it back by Tuesday morning. We have gone to Modern Cleaners for a number of years now, and we have always been pleased with their cleaning expertise. I trust their advice in cleaning. So glad we have them here in Kearney!

I brought in 20 shirts that needed to be dry cleaned. Nothing hard, very simple and I was not pressed for time on when they needed to be completed. An older gentleman was there when I walked in and Instantly had an attitude, threw a fit about the amount of shirts I needed done and didn’t seem to want the business. This guy is flat out unprofessional and I can understand why they only have a 2 star review. Someone should open up another dry cleaners in Kearney, because I’m quite certain this arrogant individual would be put out of business. ZERO STARS!
