The technician (Andi Camporini) did a thorough & superb job inspecting my house this morning for termites. In fact, Andi found termites in one of the many traps located around my house. Since becoming a client in 1985, this is the first time that termites have been found. Overall, have been very satisfied with the services being provided by Modern Exterminating. Therefore, would definitely highly recommend this company to others.

Austin was wonderful! He did a great job of explaining what the treatment would entail. He was very thorough with answering all of my questions and had a great knowledge base of the situation at hand. Austin took the time to make sure all areas of concern were treated. Dan was here for an inspection of our animal infestation situation. He texted in advance of his arrival and was here exactly on time. We were aware that we had both rats and squirrels in the attic. The immediate report was straightforward and easy to understand. Dan indicated Modern could possibly take up the work in a matter of 10 days or two weeks, but cautioned me the scheduling is taken care of by a dedicated unit in the firm. During every moment of our encounter Dan was professional and quite pleasant, while remaining serious about the nature of our difficulties. I trust Dan and look forward to equally fine dealings with others in the company. I'd recommend him to anyone seeking wildlife control inspection.
