They came to the house to clean up the corner of my yard which has been overgrown for 10yrs. They were professional, efficient and hard workers. They cleaned up all the debris and I couldn’t be happier. It started with a flyer in the mailbox, an estimate and ended with a happy customer!!! I would recommend them to everyone. Cannot recommend Modern Landscape & Maintenance enough. Thanks to Mark, Michelle, and the guys, the overgrown jungle of weeds in our backyard has completely transformed into a lush backyard that we can actually enjoy (and just in time for the summer season)!

Horrible company. Hired them to do lawn care for my elderly parents. Showed up once a month, wouldn't return calls, kept making excuses. Said they'd be out one day, wouldn't show up for 2 weeks despite good weather. Workers broke some potted plants and left it. Confronted owner, wouldn't do anything about it. Tried to cancel 2 months in and would not honor contract. If they cut their lawns more than 6 times that whole year I'd be surprised. Don't waste your money.

Modern Landscape & Maintenance completely redid my front landscaping, from an overgrown nightmare to a thing of beauty in 1 day! They're fast, neat, reasonably priced, easy to work with & Mark & Michelle know what they're doing & had great ideas! They also take care of my grass cutting & snow plowing.
