Modern Mechanical is the best HVAC company in the 716 ! I have been using them for many years and they have always provided excellent service, high quality work at very reasonable prices. I have 2 furnaces, an A/C unit and a hot water tank that they installed. I appreciate knowing that I can count on them to keep everything in working order. Just recently, Brandon noticed some improperly configured duct work in my basement (it has easily been that way for over forty years). He sent a crew to fix it and I will say it has made a huge difference in the efficiency of my furnaces during this never ending cold snap. Today was the second time we used modern mechanical for our home repair needs and both times the workers were efficient, honest, and hardworking. I especially appreciated that the team installed our new furnace on a Saturday to get our heat back on before the upcoming storm, when they could’ve made us wait til the next business day. Brandon was so quick to respond to all of my questions and worked to make sure I got my new unit installed as quickly ask possible after my old one broke. Without any reservations I wold highly recommend Modern Mechanical if Orchard Park, New York. Starting with an “emergency“ visit on a chilly, early Sunday morning when we had no heat, Brandon was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and very informative in diagnosing what the issue with my furnace was. Although moving forward required a conversation with Trane the following morning, without prompting, Brandon reached out to me by 8:15 AM to let me know the outcome of that conversation and he assisted me you’re making decision as to what option to choose to restore my heat. Ultimately Matt and Chris installed a new furnace for us and were extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and neat.
