Modern Millwork

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience here. I ordered doors and frames for an upgrade, and it took six months for the job to be completed. First, when the doors were delivered, 2 had frames that were way off square, and 1 door had a large defect in the middle. A few of them were damaged during delivery as well. After sending the frame rejects back, it took several weeks for the new ones to be delivered. Unfortunately, they were sent back because of the frames being out of square again. The door with the defect in the middle took 4 months to replace. There must be a serious lack of quality control here, as the problems should have been corrected before being delivered. Won’t use this company again.

We could not be happier with the work that Modern Millwork (and specifically Brittney) did for us! Our new front door and another door in our home are perfect! From the first moment we walked into the store, Brittney was attentive, helpful, and very knowledgeable about our proposed project. She steered us in the right direction hardware-wise, and was meticulous about all of the required measurements. The doors were installed without a hitch thanks to the contractor's expertise. We highly recommend Modern Millwork to anyone who is considering new doors. Yakima is lucky to have them in our community!!
