DO NOT COME TO THIS GARAGE. The payment machines are broken, and the design is terrible, making traffic backups horrendous. Sat for 30 minutes, with no cars moving! Luckily I was near the end of the line, and was able to go the wrong way to another exit. Someone said they waited 2 hours to exit, I BELEIVE THEM! This place should be shut down until they can fix it.

It’s the best it can be for Hollywood. As you walk out of the garage, there is a lot of nostalgia around, good restaurants, famous stars on the Hollywood walk of fame. It is close to the Pantages Theater and the Palladium, plus iconic bars and Amoeba Music. It’s a good price for parking and is reliable for events. Never had a problem and the staff is friendly. I pay as I leave and they do take cash or card. My car is safe there and it is a go to for years.

Do NOT come to this parking garage for a show at a theater venue nearby. Tonight, every single one of their pay machines was broken, as well as every single elevator. Hundreds of cars all leaving at the end of the show had to pay the attendant at exit one by one. Each car taking 30 seconds multiplied by 300 cars is 150 minutes, roughly 2+ hours for all the cars to vacate. It was a nightmare watching people with disabilities stand by the exit waiting for hours for their loved ones to pull up in a car because they also had no functioning elevators. When all your equipment is broken, you have a responsibility to the public to just open your gates and let everyone leave instead of being stuck inside for 2 hours.

Listen to the review below me. All the pay machines are still broken and all elevators are also broken. It has to be hand paid by the attendant and it's bumper to bumper waiting to get out. You are trapped for hours unless you somehow parked near the entrance. If you are here for a show please please do your research and go somewhere else.

Been parking here for years, still smells like urine in the stairwell, elevator is still broken, one machine left and it is barely working (of two). Park elsewhere for convince of leaving fast after shows.
