I am very happy with my service technician, Tom. He doesn't merely go through the motions, he takes the time to listen, and more importantly, take action. He found problem areas, filled holes, used caulking to seal up joints, and treat areas that needed it. I really appreciate the attention to detail.

David was great yesterday, I accidentally didn’t tell my husband who was home that he was coming and he asked poor David what he was doing at our house. I’m sorry! Modern Pest has continued to do great work for us and we appreciate their services. We haven’t had any issues with pests in our home since we started with them.

Daniel was wonderful. He took the time to look at his map before he came in & made sure all the bait stations were full. He was kind to my daughter when she had questions, and made sure I was clear when our next service was.
