Derek found where the mice were entering and sealed it up. He always takes extra time to answer questions and is very professional. He is a great asset to your company. And he was a fantastic trainer to a new employee. Very patient and informative in as a positive role model.

Daniel from Modern Pest came to service our home today. He was very thorough, present-centered and patient in securing greater pest control for our home. I also found him to be very engaging and friendly while here. He addressed all of my concerns, and gave me valuable advice for the coming Spring season. Matthew was very professional & took time to listen to my concerns about especially mice! He very thoroughly inspected our attic, basement & garage, where mice are most common! I also showed him 3 sprinkler boxes that are mounted against our house that the former techs have found mice nests that need treatment each visit & I requested he add this to the notes in case there are different techs servicing our home.
