We used Modern Plumbing twice and each time we received expert advice and excellent service. The wide selection in the show room is not overwhelming. We found what we were looking for (a classic, brushed nickel faucet and hardware with a Shaker style vanity), but it was fun to check out different materials and see current trends. I appreciated Anita’s help with our project.

I've had very good results here over the years. The parts counter guys are knowledgeable and helpful. I stopped here today to get my parts. I needed to fix a drippy shower. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Nothing like dealing with true professionals…

Brought an old shower diverter . A very knowledgeable woman helped my fond my replacement ....part was spot on it helped me finish my job efficiently .....would highly recommend!!!

Their parts department located behind their retail store has possibly the worst sales associate I've ever had to deal with. This is the 2nd time I have gone there to make a purchase and with the same results. To start with, no greeting, no smile, negative responses, and an attitude of you bothered me while I'm standing behind my counter doing nothing. I could understand some of the attitude if the place was busy and he was the only one on duty. But there was only myself and one other customer who was browsing. I showed him the part I was looking for. His statement, I don't think our order came in. He walked down and came back with a similar but not the identical replacement part. When I told him so, he just turned around and walked back to the area that he brought the part from. He didn't
