I highly recommend this organization. We had a chronic sewer plugging problem. The owner, Chris, came out and performed a thorough investigation. He found the problem and provided a reasonable quote. We agreed. Three techs showed up on time and spent two days. The work involved excavation and lining of a significant length of sewer line. Very professional and courteous. I consider their service value added.

Matt has done several plumbing jobs at my home and for my son. Everything from toilet repair and garbage disposal installations to new sump pump and new hot water tanks. He has always arrived as scheduled and adheres to his estimated amounts. I have called him wanting immediate service and he has never disappointed me. I purchased a Pulte home 8 years ago and the builder installed plastic push/pull shut-off valves throughout the house. When my neighbor (another Pulte home) had a toilet leak and could not activate the valve, it caused the bathroom to flood. If you have ever tried to work those cheap plastic valves, they are impossible to use. I decided to replace all my valves and contacted Modern Process Plumbing to replace them. They were out the next day to replace all the valves and did a great job. They even replaced the valve to the water line on the refrigerator that I did not expect they would do. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good things about Matt and Modern Process Plumbing. He found the problem with our septic line and had it fixed quickly, even digging by hand. LOL.

Matt from PPM was very helpful. He made time in their very busy schedule to stop by my house and made a small repair before my leak became larger, saving me a lot of money and headaches. .
