I had never worked with this company before but they came very highly recommended and I can see why. Alejandro and his crew were extremely professional and friendly. They were notably careful with both my belongings and my home (in Roswell). One thing I noticed was how well the entire crew, Alejandro included, genuinely seemed to enjoy working together--joking a bit, laughing, but still getting the job done. The whole vibe they created was happy and stress-free, which is exactly what I needed!! I don't ever want to have to move my things again but if I do, I will definitely use this company and ask for Alejandro and his crew again. Outstanding service!

Alejandro and his team were amazing. Really nice, fast and always quick to respond. Our pipes burst recently when the cold front came in and they were on top of it from start to finish. Basically wrapped and packed our whole house in no time, documenting everything that got damaged and helping rid us of trash hassle. Very stressful time for us but they made everything as easy as possible. Highly recommend.

Alejandro, Chris, Jesner, and Alex were awesome. They were prompt, professional, and actually finished the monumental task of bringing all the contents of my basement without any issues. Modern Restoration did an awesome job from start to finish! Everything was packed and wrapped really good. I had arcade games that were handled with care. They reassembled everything that needed to be. Chris and George did a great job. The crew was awesome too!
