Modern did a great job for us. We are pleased with the work and the quick turnaround from the first point of contact until the roof was replaced. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jordan! It was an absolute pleasure to work with this young man. It’s been a stressful time, trying to make decisions for the family regarding my late mother‘s house. Jordan was only a text or phone call away to answer any questions and/or address concerns - even joining a family conference call one evening to answer questions. He is pleasant and professional but not pushy. We all know how important good communication is, and Jordan kept us informed (almost daily) about everything and we knew what to expect and when. He’s definitely a go getter! I know when the guy sleeps. 😆
