I told Modern Roofing that I would leave them a review so here goes. I have never worked with a company on my house that has been any better than Modern Roofing. I had to do a claim through my insurance, and the insurance did not want to pay for the whole roof due to shingles, not matching that they do not make anymore. Modern Roofing took my issue With the insurance company and worked diligently for me with the insurance company consistently in communication with me and the insurance company they were able to work it out to where the insurance had to pay for the whole roof. We recently had our roof replaced by Modern Roofing, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the entire process was absolutely seamless. Joe, Chris, Sam, and Conner were incredible to work with. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled properly. They worked directly with our insurance company, submitted our claim, communicated consistently, and even met with the adjuster — which took so much stress off of us. I worked with Joe and he was great through the whole process. We bought our house in 2022 and it already had some issues. I went directly to my insurance and they denied my claim so we just thought we would have to put bandaids on the roof since the insurance wouldn't cover it. Met Joe and when he said he was confident he could help us get a new roof through insurance I was skeptical. Well Joe went directly to the insurance and handled it without us really having to do anything. Once approved they were out installing our new roof in under a week and they completed the job in a day. They left no mess and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend Modern Roofing.

Very impressive and much appreciated service, Josh with modern roofing came by and talked with me about roof inspections he was doing in the area and that he noticed shingles missing on two of my buildings. He said he would do a free inspection, and said that he would contact and following through with my insurance company on a claim, then meet with the adjuster onsite then when approved do the repairs. Josh and their team with Modern Roofing followed through on everything josh said they would do. The grounds around the building was covered with tarps to keep the ground clean.
