Modern Supply Co.

My Wife and I are just completing a new construction home in Greene County, TN. Our Contractor recommended Modern Supply in Johnson City for our kitchen and bathroom fixtures. They had a great selection, featuring Kohler pieces, which we prefer. They also supplied us with tankless water heaters, kitchen appliances by GE, and other items, like a garbage disposal, etc. Their showroom is nicely appointed and Courtney, the sales lady, was always polite and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Time for an update to this old review. I had originally given them 1 star because they had refused to sell me a part they had in stock. Several years later I decided to give them another try. I needed a fan motor and capacitor. They not only had exactly what I needed in stock, they were cheaper than anywhere else including Amazon. The service was excellent as well. I will be back. A+

We drove over an hour to look for bathroom remodel fixtures not realizing the showroom was open by appointment only. We called and Christine was able to work us in. She was very patient and guided us to what we needed and wanted. We can't say enough nice things about Chris!!!

Constant problems: wrong measurements, wrong items ordered, items back ordered and then not telling us it had been discontinued while we were still waiting on it to arrive. Not enough knobs ordered so another wait and now waiting on $600 refund for an item we sent back in September. Not overly thrilled with the contractor they referred to us either.
