Modern Touch Cleaning

I helped a friend do a last-minute move, so with one day left we called Modern Touch Cleaning. She gave me a quote right then & was able to deep clean this apartment that'd been stacking up dirt and dall sorts of grime for 4+ years. I didn't recognize the apartment when it was done the very next day! I don't usually write reviews, but for a last minute call to a maid service we were so impressed, everything from the windows and walls to closets and drawers looked immaculate. Excellent price & really friendly service. I'll definitely use them the next time I move. Even for an upkeep clean or a deep clean any day!

On May 25th I reached out to Rosa to book an appointment, very specifically, for July 5th. Knowing that it was around the holiday, I wanted to make sure that I had a confirmed appointment for a full deep cleaning of my house prior to my guests arriving on the 6th. She gave me a quote and said that would be fine. I emailed her on Thursday June 23rd to reconfirm the appointment on July 5th. She confirmed 10am on the 5th that day. She reached out on June 30th to ask for a phone number, which I provided minutes later. 11:22 this morning (July 5th), I called her phone and left a message asking where she was. 11:39 she texts me saying she is running behind and she'll be here in 20min. Modern Touch is one of the most personable, friendly and efficient cleaning services I have used. Rosa has amazing attention to detail and was very open to any of my suggestions or concerns. Wonderful job. I will defiantly use services in the future.

It is a great cleaning company! They have always done a great job on our Airbnb unit! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning company.
