We had two wonderful employees arrive right on time and clearly explain everything they were going to do. They were incredibly friendly even with our big and loving Goldendoodle Cooper James and had no problem with him hanging out with us while they worked. (But ... I kept him close to me or they would have never got anything done lol) They offered a few additional cleaning options, which we appreciated, and then got right to work. When they finished, they walked us through how everything went. We could immediately smell the fresh, clean air coming from our vents. Thank you for such a professional and pleasant experience. 5 Star service. Highly Recommend!!!

I’ve use Modernistic for over 10 years. Great team of professionals. I appreciate their pre arrival communications, promptness, politeness and thoroughness. I would love it if the charge was per sq foot and not average room size. I think the charge is too high for the area of carpet I have cleaned.

The team that came to the door of Isaiah and Nick were respectful and on task. They got right to work and cleaned out our heating/cooling ducts. We are very pleased with the results. They were even able to come earlier and called to see if it was ok. This saved our time today too. Already we can tell a difference in the air in our home and they only left an hour ago. Diamond and her team were wonderful to work with. They listened to what was needed and also made good recommendations. They worked efficiently and worked well together. Additionally, they were very respectful of my home and to protect wall, doors and corners from their hoses and equipment.

They did an outstanding job cleaning, deoderizing, and protecting my carpets, especially with dealing with a few accidents on the carpet from my elderly dog! Very quick and efficient, the carpets look refreshed and the rooms smell nice and fresh
