I am very impressed with the work Gavin and his wife did! They arrived early within the time range, they did excellent work and kept me informed about what they were doing! Mark was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do, told me what would come out and what wouldn't. He took his time and did a GREAT job. We had our ducts cleaned and sanitized. The crew was on time, very informative, efficient, and thorough. We also used the texting system to solicit a quote and set up the appointment. It was very good. The process very reasonable also. We highly recommend Modernistic!

Called to say they’d be able to arrive 30mins early if I were available, which was perfect. They explained their process thoroughly, were very personable and professional. They got the job done with great results in no time. I would definitely recommend.

We've used Modernistic for many years. Recently we had a Sump Pump Failure in our basement, carpet is approved for water problem areas, some moderate wetting of the carpet. I called a plumber to check the Sump Pump, wasn't bad, just stuck, he fixed it temporarily till he ordered one. I also called Modernistic to extract & deodorize the carpet. I was absolutely blown away with their Outrageous Estimate, $5,000. I reluctantly agreed, they brought their Blowers (5) & a Dehumidifier to dry things up. They plugged too much into the same circuit the Sump Pump was on, blew the circuit breaker, over 4 inches of water. I called the plumber again, discovered circuit breaker was tripped, reset it, put in new Sump Pump. I called Modernistic back out, they brought more blowers & two dehumidifiers, ran
