Dock purchased in 2018, it’s now 2024 and several anchor points are broke, concrete cracked and crumbling on the edges with its only reinforcement being chicken wire causing major safety issues. The dock itself is an inferior product that’s meant to have issues and need repair with the quality of construction and can only be repaired by the company back at their shop. Which is a issue because I’ve been trying for years to get them to repair my dock. Many flaws with the dock will become prevalent after you own it. Sadly I’m going to end up replacing this dock and regret buying it. Hopefully this review helps you not make the same costly mistake of believing in this product. Contact me and you can see for yourself in person what your dock will look like in 5 years if it makes it that long.

Great company ran by well educated people who know the industry they are in and are equipped to handle any project or service they provide . Would 100% recommend over alternative dock options

The day before the levees broke (Midwest flood of ‘19) we reached out to Modular Concrete Docks needing assistance for our a damaged walkway and stiff arm. These guys arrived the next morning with all the parts necessary to get the dock secured before the potential flood. Little did they know that the levee broke the following evening and the dock floated up exactly as it was designed! The dock most certainly would have washed down and got away during the flood event if they did not come through. Thank you Jim!

I have been trying to get the company to do repairs on the dock for 4 years now and have heard nothing. Once you buy a dock they will forget about you. Other than empty promises of putting us on the schedule year after year. The dock has been falling apart since the day I got it, I expected more from a company that prides themselves on the strength of their docks. It’s just sad honestly. Many design flaws. I even went to the place in person and again they told me again they would put me on their schedule, that must be the same excuse they give everyone. I understand a company being busy but do not continue to lie to people.

Desperate for a place close to pull my boat out of the water because the lake is down so much. Called these folks because they have the closest available (usable) ramp. Offered to pay whatever they felt reasonable and was 100% turned away. NO! Find someplace else. Not my kind of people.
