Moen Woodworks

The owner is a great person to work with—approachable and fair. The installation manager, however, could be more hands-on and up to date with current practices, he reminded of the “2 finger guy” from scary movie played by Chris Elliot. There is some internal politics, but nothing out of the ordinary for a shop environment. My main suggestion for Moen would be to bring in a more technically capable lead to strengthen the installation team. On a positive note, I was impressed to see that they operate their own metal shop, which adds real value to their overall capabilities.

Moen has done work in our store several times in South Coast Plaza during remodeling. I know they have done other work in the center and its hard to be allowed in there. So you have to know what you are doing. Will ise them again next time for sure!
