Had the absolute best experience! Customer service is 10/10. I highly recommend them for their services. We had termites a few years ago (still no sign of more) - they came same day and took care of our issue. And this summer we had a huge wasp nest in our porch. Again, same day service and no issues since. Shop local. They are great people.

Moerman Pest Control has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We had two different types of bugs in our house….one looked like it might be termites. Ryan had me take a photo and send it to him. He was able to reassure me that they were ants. He took care of our issue very quickly and checked in to make sure we were happy customers. Highly recommend this company!

Highly recommend this business. We had carpenter ants this Spring and Ryan called me back the same day and offered to look at the issue that day too. Very quick, honest, and he has always been very responsive when I have a bug question (and I had several b/c I'm paranoid). We signed up for the Spring/Summer season and have been very impressed. Family owned too which we support over national chains when possible. Wouldn't hesitate to call again next year and use their services again.
