As an update: I spoke with another Moishes employee I had worked with previously to ask why I was having such a different experience with the long distance team than I had with Moishes previously. He said, “they likely are using local delivery people so they think it’s funny when you have bad service, because they already had your money so they don’t care”….again, that was from a fellow employee of Moishes… wish I had known before booking. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Came four days late from delivery window. Said they would arrive at a certain time - called 15 minutes before were meant to show up saying they would not be coming that day at all now. On top of that, the people in the office were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Boaz, the manager, in particular. DO NOT use them for a long distanc

We had an amazing experience with Moishes Moving! From the planning to the move, the service was excellent. Cynthia helped us arrange everything beforehand and made sure we got the best deal possible (she even helped us by letting us know we could add 15 more boxes without added cost). The pricing was very competitive with other movers we looked at, and a great deal for the thoroughness of service provided. They were super flexible on timing even though we organized our move fairly last minute. The movers themselves were punctual, crazy fast, very professional, took good care of all our belongings and just generally went above and beyond. We could not recommend them more!

I hired Moishe's moving for my recent move last Wednesday, October 28th. I booked my move way in advance over the phone with Jordan Arroyo. We had several lengthy phone conversations to go over every single item from my apartment, number of boxes and special needs for some very delicate furniture pieces. He assured me three movers would be enough for my move and that he was calculating 6 hours even though my move was going to be much much shorter. He was VERY mistaken. The move started at 8.38am and finished after 6pm. They sent three very inexperienced movers who had never worked together before, didn't know each others names and did not have any idea of what a move is. I moved from New York, NY to West New York, NJ. These men are professionals, they work EFFECTIVELY and incredibly FAST! Every time I turned around a box was already taken for the truck. 👌🏼 I was not expecting moving to be this easy, I'm happy I chose Moishe's Moving company. Jami was the main person I talked to on the phone before officially booking and she was sweet and SUPER HELPFUL! Additionally, the price is decent. Overall, this company are friendly people and I will definitely work with this company again. I highly suggest you to use Moishe's Moving too!

Do not use this company! They are super unprofessional. I paid for them to pack all my entire apartment including all my furniture, several TVs, art work and other valuable. I stored it at their facility for over a year and paid for highest value of insurance. I hired them to move my items across the country but when I finally got my items (after delays and miscommunications by the company), they broke and damaged most of my items. They even transported some of my items on the outside of a truck!!! Drivers demanded cash and threatened to drive away if I didn’t pay. Two flat screen TVs were ruined, my stearns and foster mattress set looked like it had been dragged in the mud, all my lamps were smashed, my west elm furniture was missing parts or badly damaged.
