We had a pretty bad water leak at home and ended up with mold in a few spots. I called Mold Care Corp and they were on it right away super friendly and professional from the start. They showed up quickly, checked everything thoroughly, and got the drying process going fast. They use serious equipment, not just fans from the hardware store. Once everything was dry, they handled the mold removal and left the place clean, fresh, and safe. What I really appreciated is how clearly they explained everything, step by step, no rushing, no pressure, just honest and helpful. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right. If you're dealing with water damage or mold issues, don’t think twice. These guys are reliable, efficient, and just really great to work with.

After a major leak, Mold Care Corp showed up right on time, covered the roof with a tarp to prevent more damage, and started the drying process right away. They were professional, fast, and made sure everything was properly protected. Definitely recommend them!

Unprofessional and Damaging – Stay Away from Mold Care Corp I had a terrible experience with Mold Care Corp. They came to put a tarp on my roof, but instead of using sandbags like responsible professionals, they used staples and screws, which caused serious damage — especially to the shingle part of my roof, which was in perfect condition. The issue was with the flat roof, but they ended up ruining the area that didn’t need any work. To make things worse, communication was awful. They never explained what they were going to do — they just showed up and did it without permission or clarification. After noticing the damage, I tried multiple times to call and ask for help or a solution, but they’ve ignored me completely and have shown no willingness to take responsibility for what they did.

Very poor communication. Had to schedule a day for four rental properties since they asked to do all four on the same day. I gave them a day and they never responded. Then they reached back out, so I schedule a second day with all four tenants. On the day of, they were very disorganized and didn’t take ownership in their part of that and continued to blame me for something that was never explained to me. They then didn’t keep their last two appointments even though what they asked for was completed before the appointment times for the last two properties.
