We discovered a long-standing slow leak issue in our downstairs office caused by the previous owners of our house who contracted California Closets to install cabinetry. Unbeknownst to them, California Closets nailed a cabinet directly into an outflow pipe attached to the upstairs guest bathroom years prior to us moving in!
