Well our refrigeration system failed in our wine cellar, unbeknown to us for at least a month. Hence the temperature significantly elevated along with flooding occurring. We called Nathalie for consultation and evaluation. OMG. Same day service. Miracle. She arrived nicely dressed with her detection equipment in hand. Introduced herself and both my wife and i felt very comfortable right away. Well we moved and I wanted to be sure my kiddos were in a safe place, i got to this company by a friend referral and they were so professional and did a complete assessment on the property for a reasonable price.
