As a HVAC preventative maintenance specialist, my experience with William was extremely gratifying. I was keenly impressed with his professionalism and circumspect knowledge of mold as he fielded all of my questions. His integrity was refreshing as he guided me on a possible remediation solution. I received my testing back quickly even with the busy holiday season. The report was very comprehensive. This guy does a good job. He is not looking to do more than what is necessary, so you don’t have to be worried about being over sold. His services are pretty expensive, but they seem to be reasonable when considering other quotes. He did mold testing in my house, then ran HEPA filters for a week. After this he came by and smoked the house (this is supposed to make mold dormant). Cost me $1800.

My experience with William at Mold Masters reminded me of going to the ER and you surprisingly get the best doctor you've ever met. William was knowledgeable well beyond my expectations, takes his job very seriously and kept his inspection-oriented disruption to my household to an acceptably minimal level. He promptly followed up with his findings (a few days later), ultimately putting my mind at ease. His written report was comprehensive, to say the least, and I learned a ton from just talking with him. All this without a Draconian price - I fully and without hesitation can recommend William at Mold Masters for such critical inspection tasks in your home...or possibly-soon-to-be-home. He will be one of the first inspectors through the door of any house I look to purchase in the futur
