Just had our initial clean done and it came out so well! The shower and kitchen sink look even cleaner than when we moved in (and our home was a new build). We were so impressed! The team that came was very nice and worked efficiently. Looking forward to having them continue helping out!!

Some spots still need improve. Really appreciate they took out the trash out of the basement. Fridge is cleaned very well.

Worst experience ever. They scheduled the cleaning and were fully informed about all the details of the tasks. Three people showed up, and I personally walked them through everything inside and out. They told me they will start working now But just 10 minutes later, I got a call from their manager saying the team had left because they saw bugs despite already being aware of the situation. The house had been professionally treated by Buffalo Estremators Pest Control Group. I gave them the tasks and left, not even driver 2 miles, and got the call. The worst part? I returned to the house within 5 minutes of the call and found one of the fire alarms beeping—apparently triggered because someone from their team had vaped inside. Be careful, everyone.
