Molly Maid of Asheville and Hendersonville

Halley and Alyssa were just wonderful! We booked for a one time cleaning after having our interior painted and the house was very dusty! They were quick, efficient and friendly. I will book with Molly Maids again when I need another thorough cleaning.

The deceptive pricing is bad and all, but what's really annoying is the poor calibre of the "cleaning"...almost 400 to clean a vacant 2 BR...but you find things like the pic all over...if you miss stuff like this what did you actually do? Response: You did not fully clean the place, so yes, I want a refund because the mission was not accomplished. This is more than "very few" areas. You have not inspected it either, so how would you know? A half clean does not work. I do not know of a half-cleaning service, well except for yours. I will still have to pay for a full clean elsewhere to get the mission accomplished. Hence the request. Also, this was not a move out clean, so please do not deceptively act like there was a mess left. The construction crew left it in great shape. You are so alo

My wife is recovering from back surgery, and we were able to hire Becky, Nick and Haley to come help out with the cleaning of our downstairs. First of all, they were right on time, professionally dressed, and well equipped for the day. They were able to thoroughly clean our master bathroom and bedroom, our kitchen area, living room, and dining room. Everything looked spectacular. We were especially pleased with the kitchen, as we have a large range and cleaning it is difficult. I highly recommend this team and we look forward to hiring them again to come give us a hand. p.s. - We loved the detail of the little bow on the toilet paper! So cute!

Becky's team is excellent! We are always very pleased with her attention to detail, professionalism, and punctuality. She has trained the members of her team exceptionally well and a few that especially stand out are Egypt, Nick, and Haley. We have also requested this team for our daughter's house on occasion. Always top notch! Guests to our homes always seem to comment on our clean and sparkling bathrooms! Also, our schedules are busy and if I ever have to change an appointment time or day, Anne always meets my needs pleasantly and efficiently.

Halley (maybe spelled Hailey), Emily, and Marcia came for about 4-5 hours and did a deep clean on a house we were moving to. It had several dogs and was not cleaned prior to them coming in. There was a yellow tinge to everything before they came and as you can see by the pictures it is soothed. I was so stoked just by seeing the photos of the place after they finished. Would highly recommend again and a huge shout out to those three again working in those conditions!
