Yesterday, an unacceptable level of carbon monoxide was detected in my hvac system, something that requires immediate attention. Mountain Air Mechanical understood the urgency and sent Justin over within 2 hrs of my call. He listened to all of the information I thought he would need, asking clarifying questions when needed and then started his very thorough inspection of my home. He also took and shared multiple photos of my crawlspace and existing equipment so that I had a complete picture of what exists and what will be altered. He then presented 4 detailed options to address my heating and cooling needs and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and to compare the options. My furnace quit working when I needed it the most, coldest days of the year and they were fast about getting to my house to help me buy a unit. Ruvim and Deniel installed my unit and I have to say they were excellent. Very knowledgeable of how the equipment works and got it in and working before they promised. Ruvim even came back on his day off to help me figure out how to navigate my thermostat. Very nice guys, company, and I couldn’t be happier with my Furnace and heat pump. Wish I could give them 10 STARS.

My experience with Mountain Air has been very positive. We had been having issues with our heating system and realized we would need to replace it. I called Mountain Air on a Friday and they were able to get someone out by Monday. Justin was very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated that he didn't try to oversell and tell us that we needed to replace everything but rather gave us great choices on what we needed to get it working again. The prices were very reasonable and they were able to schedule to replace the system that same week. The crew that came out to replace our HVAC was very professional, efficient. I would highly recommend them.
