MOLLY MAID of Central Nassau County

I was looking for a deep clean for my two story colonial home. I set up an appointment with Kim who came to consult regarding what I wanted specifically cleaned and how I wanted it. MOLLY MAID’s of central Nassau County arrived on time and we did a thorough review of the property and the special request I had asked for. Linda & Ivania came to my home yesterday for a routine cleaning, but this was only my second time using Molly Maid due to just moving to the area. These ladies were tasked with cleaning a very dusty basement with multiple rooms and closets and a bathroom, and with cleaning our primary bedroom as their focuses for only two hours of cleaning. They worked so quickly and efficiently that they were able to clean much more of the house than I expected. Not only that but their attention to detail was evident in how they cleaned inside cabinets, under heavy bags, boxes and luggage in closets and on the floors, and even left beautiful paper flowers in the bathrooms toilet paper rolls and paper towel rolls! Zoila and Telma did a great job and were very professional. They had us do a walk through and ensure that everything was up to our standards. These ladies were on point!

We hired this company for a move-in cleaning and were extremely disappointed with the quality of the cleaning and overall service. First, the cleaners arrived outside of the scheduled time window, forcing us to rush over to let them in. Then the cleaners tried to overcharge us by claiming the clock starts when they’re parked, not when they begin cleaning. Plus they were definitely on their phones a few times during the cleaning as well since we heard them texting and even taking a phone call. Also, the cleaners left without even doing a final walkthrough. But more importantly, the cleaning itself was far below any reasonable standard.
