They did an amazing job on our initial deep clean, working for four full hours, and the results truly exceeded our expectations. The cleaning service team had really good energy as I find that important when allowing someone into your home regularly. They asked questions about tasks they weren’t sure about and addressed any identified needs efficiently. My house was deep cleaned for the holiday and they’ll be coming weekly to keep it up. This service allows me to spend more time caring for my newborn and putting my energy into making beautiful memories with him without sacrificing a beautifully clean home. I’d recommend more people use this service and spend more time doing the things they love to do. Great investment.

I recently booked a move-out cleaning with Molly’s, and while the cleaners did a good job in terms of quality, I do have some concerns regarding efficiency and expectations. I was told in advance that cleaning my entire apartment would take approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. Based on that estimate, I booked a 2-hour slot, with the clear priority being the kitchen and bathrooms, and secondary areas (stairs and hall) only if time permitted. However, the two cleaners spent almost the entire 2 hours cleaning just the two bathrooms and barely completed the kitchen. Each bathroom took approximately 45 - 50 minutes, which felt disproportionately long for a move-out clean. I was expecting more areas to be covered within the booked time.
