Molly Maid of Colorado Springs

Horrible experience. We went over with the receptionist what we were looking for. She assured Molly Maid could do that. When we went to check out the home we found it to not be cleaned properly, the floors weren’t done, there were still crumbs in drawers and other areas weren’t clean. We also found a broken item as well as dirty black footprints on our mattress! I took photos and we contacted Molly Maid, we were told to send over the photos and a new cleaning crew could come the next day and would be accompanied by the manager as well. We said okay. They never came and when we called again were told there was confusion and someone would come the next day. A new crew came but not with a manager. I had a man and a woman come in and clean my house, and they did such a great job. I gave a $100 chip. I've never seen a man work as hard as this guy, I mean this man worked the lady with him, she wore good too. But I've never seen a man that works as hard as he does. It clean my house so good. It was wonderful. I came home that smelled incredible.

I have always been pleased with the reliable service I receive from Molly Maid. The ladies that clean my house are always friendly and courteous. They are extremely efficient and do a great job!!

Not my first clean with Molly Maid, so I was pretty disappointed to come home to my bed not made and dust still around. Had to do a couple more wipedowns with Clorox wipes when I got home. Definitely felt like they’ve put more care into previous one-time cleans.

It sucks when you have to deal with the stress of a move, preparing the home for rental, and then you find out after the maids are done you still have to clean. I found hair in the sink, poorly cleaned toilets (and they left one running which costed me a lot on my water bill), damage to my freshly painted baseboards, stripped paint from my newly painted master bathroom mirror, hard water spots not completely cleaned out of the sink, corners of floors with dirt and dust, The washer door was closed which promotes mold and mildew growth, and I got charged for more time than the cleaners were actually cleaning. I know this because I watched it all on my security cameras. 4 hours an 10 minutes (including a 15 min smoke break) they were on my property, but I was charged for just under 5 hours. N
