Molly Maid of Lansing

We just had our first Molly Maid house cleaning, and we're SO pleased! The service was completed by 2 wonderful cleaners -Katie and Samaiya - both were cheerful, pleasant and and hardworking. The whole house was cleaned in the time they quoted, and our floors and bathrooms sparkle 🩵. THANK YOU, Molly Maid for sending these 2 angels to us. We'll be sure to call Molly Maid every time!

The 2 cleaning pros who came to clean did a fantastic job! This is my fourth cleaning service this year and by far the best.. They cleaned my baseboards, my dining room door window, and even dusted some figurines I had out as Fall decorations. My other services did not do that. The place smelled fresh after they left. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

Kayla and Luz were a pleasure to have for our first service. They communicated ahead of time and were actually a little early. They were easy to talk with about our needs and they didn’t leave until they got everything done. For a first time deep clean I was impressed at their service. I wish I could remember the name of their supervisor. She came by to inspect the work and did on the spot training for them and helped them finish strong. The price was fair and I will be setting up scheduled services.

Have been customer with Molly Maid for more than 10-years and at two different homes. They have always done a good job though some teams are certainly better than others. Standard cleaning could be improved with more attention to floors and consistent teams that we could become more familiar with but generally happy with our service. Management has always been helpful in accommodating our needs.

Kayla and Isabella , what can I say , they are the best. they communicated twice before arriving as they always do, and when they arrived they went right to work. The cleaning was above and beyond my expectations, a job well done. I highly recommend these two ladies, again they are the best...
