Molly Maid of Mill Creek and Woodinville

My mom and I just don't have the time anymore to do the basic cleaning around the house. We work and are busy ladies, but we still want things clean. Using Molly Maids of Mill Creek / Woodinville every month has truly been the best experience for us and money well spent! We always have 2 lovely ladies come once per month. We get text reminders and the cleaners are always on time. The communication is wonderful and easy - you can call / text / or email. When calling I always get a live person right away. Great customer service. Our cleaners today were Gladys and Areli. They were excellent. They were kind, fast and so efficient. We just leave our door unlocked on the day we are scheduled for a cleaning - the ladies arrive - let themselves in - clean - say "Goodbye" - and leave! It's so aweso

Friendly, efficient and thorough. They systematically clean from top to bottom. I had a fiberglass shower that I thought was irreprably stained. I had washed and scrubbed it many times with different cleaners with no luck. Today all that mold and mildew is gone and its beautifuly white. They are happy to incorporate and customize my cleaning regimen doing some of the things that are now more difficult for me to handle. Oven and stove top cleaning, toliets, sinks and showers, blinds, etc. You name it and they will take care of it. I love getting this regular periodic deep cleaning to augment my day to day efforts. Very happy with the service. I have a large house and contract for 2 hours of a 2 person team each time.

This was my first time using a cleaning service as I keep my house tidy but wanted a deeper clean. I wasn't sure if I would feel it was worth the cost but the answer is yes! I had team #9 and they did a wonderful job. My bathrooms looked amazing, the little touches they did with folding towel and blankets, and they did a great job cleaning my blinds which I hate doing. I can not wait till they come again!

Wonderful cleaning done by Angeles and Sandra!! Our family just had some bad medical news and we decided to get some house cleaning to help us out during this tough time. I am so grateful for the help and the amazing job they did. Our house has been the home of two special needs boys who make deep cleaning and maintaining our home so very difficult! It’s beautiful and I’m some glad to have them coming regularly now to help us upkeep! Thank you and highly recommend their services to anyone!!

I want to absolutely recommend this place. A few years ago I had a hip injury and ever since then, they have been helping me and my family stay clean and tidy. My husband works from home and they are always flexible about cleaning around him and shifting things so that he’s able to have his meetings. I also respect that they treat their workers well enough to retain them so that we can build trusted relationships with individuals. This has allowed me to communicate things like “leave this pile of weird crafting junk, but also vacuum under it!” I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart!
