Absolutely the WORST cleaning service I have ever used. Molly Maids should be ashamed to even call what they did “cleaning.” They didn’t sweep or mop under or around the furniture, they didn’t make a single bed, and instead of putting linens where they belong, they dumped them on the steps of my home like trash. Towels — folded and placed ON THE FLOOR — completely unsanitary and disgusting. Who does that? They didn’t even clean the sink. Let me be clear: my home was already very clean and staged for showings, so this wasn’t some massive project. They had one job, and they failed miserably. I explained that my home is used for short-term rentals, and I had guests arriving the next day. Because of their negligence, my guests cancelled, and I lost over $4,000 in income.
